From a young age, I knew my purpose was to help others thrive. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (UVM Aguascalientes, Professional Licence 9450020) and over 15 years of experience, I've empowered countless individuals to achieve their goals, build confidence, and embrace their authentic selves.

My move to Canada in 2016 led to a Human Services Counsellor diploma (Oulton College) and certifications as a Spiritual Life Coach, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Hypnotherapist. This diverse skillset, combined with training in areas like Trauma-Informed Care, allows me to offer a unique and effective approach to personal growth and well-being.

Today, I work as a Clinical Counsellor and support individuals in addiction recovery. Rooted in compassion and guided by my inner wisdom, I'm dedicated to providing you with the tools and support you need to overcome challenges and create a fulfilling life.
